Not at all — that’s what we’re here for. You don’t need to touch your toes or do the splits to benefit from stretch therapy. In fact, most of our clients come in feeling stiff, tight, or restricted, and that’s exactly when stretching can be most helpful.

Something comfy that allows you to move — think gym gear or anything with a bit of stretch. Avoid clothing with zippers or bulky buttons, and bring socks if you prefer to keep your feet warm during the session.

Your first session will start with a quick chat so we can understand your body, lifestyle, and any goals or problem areas. From there, we’ll guide you through a series of tailored stretches, checking in as we go to make sure you feel safe and supported. You’ll leave feeling more open, relaxed, and in tune with how your body moves.

Stretch therapy is both an active and passive, guided experience. A massage is almost always passive and will not give you more flexibility or increase how far you can move your body. And unlike yoga, there’s no flow, poses, or spiritual side — it’s all about finding the stretch sensation as opposed to a certain position.

If you feel stiff when you get out of bed, tight after a workout, or sore from sitting at your desk — stretching can help. Whether you’re looking to move more freely, improve posture, prevent injury, or simply feel better in your body, stretch therapy meets you where you’re at.
With so many treatment options out there today it can be hard to know which is right for you. Giving things a try is always going to be the best way to find out, but this does require commitment beyond the first sessions to really know.I’ve taken the guess work out for you with stretching by narrowing it down to 3 simple questions:
Does your body feel like it needs to be stretched?
Do you want to minimise your risk of strain related injury?
Do you need more flexibility to move the way you want to?
If you answered yes to the above, stretching is for you!
