Founded by Kayla — stretch therapist, educator, and all-around flexibility nerd — The Stretch Collective brings together science-backed techniques and real-world experience. With over 9 years in the industry and previously co-owning Australia’s first dedicated stretch studios, Kayla has helped shape the way people think about stretching. Her approach is hands-on, practical, and deeply focused on longevity, recovery, and performance.
Whether you're looking to loosen up stiff hips, finally touch your toes, or just feel more at home in your body, we’re here to support you. No pressure, no pretzel poses — even if you’ve seen Kayla twist herself into a human origami on Instagram.
