Hi, I’m Kayla — the founder of The Stretch Collective, certified stretch therapist, and your go-to for all things flexibility.
I first found my freedom in movement in the dance studio, but it was working in the gym as a personal trainer that I realised how many people felt stiff, stuck, or totally unaware of how awesome their body is designed to feel.
This reality check sparked a mission: to give everyday humans the tools to find their freedom- so they could go out and experience the world with without hesitation.
That spark led me to co-own Australia’s first dedicated stretch studios and spend the last 9+ years refining a style that blends science, intuition, and real-life experience.
I’ve helped hundreds of everyday humans (not just athletes!) move and feel better in their bodies, giving them the confidence to take more adventures!
